Wonderful post. Especially poignant for those of us who are occasionally surprised by the countenance of the person looking back from the mirror.

My mother would most definitely agree with you! She's 76 years old and says she still feels likes she's in her thirties!
It is interesting how much the hands show. I don't have many wrinkles on my face thanks to excess weight, but I do have age spots on my hands. I was stunned when I first saw them. Meanwhile, I enjoy acting whatever age I feel at any given moment...
I know I still feel about the same inside as I did 20 yearts ago - but the mirror certainly tells a different story!
That was supposed to be years!
