Skyline for IF -- My Kind of Town, Nashville


Nashville, Tennessee, is my kind of town. The skyline is dominated by the Bell South building which wasn't built until 1991...10 years after we left. But Nashville is a great town, a fun town, full of excitement, arts, crafts, music, theatre...my kind of town.

This was a fun way to celebrate memories and meet the skyline challenge of Illustration Friday.

I love the very graphic look of this one. Something about the tall building toward the left reminds me of batman in silhouette. Are you sure that town isn't Gotham? :)

We have friends in Nashville, but I've never been there...perhaps I need to go! I love the silhoutted skyline...very classical and very nice:>
