Skyline for IF -- My Kind of Town, Nashville

Nashville, Tennessee, is my kind of town. The skyline is dominated by the Bell South building which wasn't built until 1991...10 years after we left. But Nashville is a great town, a fun town, full of excitement, arts, crafts, music, theatre...my kind of town.

This was a fun way to celebrate memories and meet the skyline challenge of Illustration Friday.

SUPER, Sioux -- and I like that you've made a shadow portrait of the skyline -- great idea!!!

Neat and simple, nikce way to do the skyline. I've never been there, but you make Nashville sound like a nice place to visit.

I love the very graphic look of this one. Something about the tall building toward the left reminds me of batman in silhouette. Are you sure that town isn't Gotham? :)

:-D I'm glad you did the Nashville skyline with the Batman building so prominent! (and for anyone who hasn't ever been there -- she got it exactly right -- it looks JUST like Batman!) Great work!

Now that I know you a little better, I can understand why you chose Nashville. A job of it you have done, too - as though I would know what Nashville looks like :-).

That last sentence should have read 'A good job you have done ...'. Sorry :-(
