Fabric Postcard

Click on the title above to go to Red Shoe Ramblings' How to Make a Fabric Postcard by DebR. This is my first. It was lots of fun, and I learned a lot about my machine, as well. I think I will make some fabric ATC's, too. I am sending this first postcard to a friend.

Ooooh, I love Laurel Burch! This is really nice. There is something about her fabric that is inspiring. I put some of it through my Xyron once and made stickers out of the kitty cats.

You have really been on a roll.

This is really beautiful. I may try it (probably use cardstock for a backing though).
Thanks
A new creative outlet! What fun! I better not take on something new, or I'll never get out of the studio... it is tempting though. ;)

Just happened to surf by and peek in while looking for geographically-close blogs. We just moved to Gordon. I saw this about the fabric postcard and remembered receiving one a few years ago. Actually it was inside an envelope so I guess it was technically not a postcard, but it was fabric sewed to a card.

It so pretty! I see that wine is an essential supply in this endeavor. Haha.
