Show and Tell Friday

Show and Tell Friday: We are in our trailer in Wimberley at the 9th annual Texas rmmga gathering (rec.music.makers.guitar.acoustic). We have come all 9 years, plus going to the EC (East Coast) gathering once and to many D/FW (Dallas/Fort Worth) mini-gatherings. Rmmga also has gatherings annually in the Pacific Northwest and in England.

When we travel we mostly take our 29' Prowler trailer, and this is a photo of our kitchen table. Raf is taking a shower, so you can see his pants and his glasses on his book, plus his wallet and card holder. There is an electrical strip into which we plug our laptops and our iphones. There's my Alaska hat (a purple baseball-style cap with sequins), a baggies with art supplies, two draing pads (moleskine and hand•book), a glass for drawing cicles for mandalas, the edge of the movie camera case, etc., etc., etc.

This is our communication/art center.

Today is cloudy but the temp is supposed to be 87˚F in a little while. The place is very dry with burn bans in effect and wild fires warned about.

Soon we will go eat breakfast, and then Raf will have another day of pickin'. I will draw, crochet, and go to a yarn shop.
