Caremark is at the bottom involving service to the patient!

Since we, retired Texas teachers..or TRS, have been turned over to Caremark the level of care given us has plummeted. Caremark often does not accept a doctor's perscriptions unless they are called in numerous times. Every time I have called, rather than emailed, I have found "helpers" who refuse to help with the attitude that they simply cannot do whatever it is I need. I resent that TRS is being handled by Caremark in this cavalier fashion. It appears that neither the state nor Caremark give a fig for the the health and wellbeing of the patients they "serve".
