What is Art?

Someone said the other day that art is painting.  That it is only painting.  How wrong can they be?








What is your passion?  What do you do that makes your heart sing and makes you feel you have been creative?

Do you:

Bake?
Sing?
Draw?
Sculpt?
Take photographs?
Make furniture?
Write poetry?
Cook gourmet meals?
Paint on fabric?
Quilt?
Play a musical instrument?
Create jewelry?
Garden?

I could go on and on.  Art is what you make of it.  If you crochet or knit, you are making art.  If you create a stained glass window, you are making art.  If you sculpt ice, or tattoo, or design landscaped, you are making art.
